A Conversation with Gene DeAnna

Gene DeAnna, Head of the Recorded Sound Section at the Library of Congress, will hold an informal discussion session about his role at the LOC and one of its key projects, the National Jukebox website. DeAnna will be on campus as part of the World Records Symposium (April 14-15), hosted by the Mayrent Institute for Yiddish Culture and sponsored by the Center for the Study of Upper Midwestern Cultures, the School of Music, and the Mills Music Library. Check out the full listing of events they have planned. This event is free and open to the public.
